Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Reservation Policy

A deposit of 60.00 CHF is required to secure your event reservation. Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your booking. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately at princessparties.ch@gmail.com if you have any questions or require any changes. This email will also include important information that we urge you to read to ensure your event is hassle free.

Please review our Cancellation Policy below. Securing your reservation with a deposit means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.

The remaining balance of your total event cost is due within five (5) working days, at the latest, after the event is held. Princess Parties Switzerland accept either payment in cash (Swiss Francs only please) on the day of the event or via bank wire transfer either before the event or within five working days after the event is held. If you are paying via bank transfer, please ensure you confirm your payment with us via email.

We require a 1 hour minimum booking for all events, and we strongly recommend advance bookings during busy seasons (Jan-May and Sept-Dec).

Princess Parties Switzerland cater to healthy, fun and inspiring entertainment for young children and it is not available for any form of adult entertainment.

We ask that all of our clients have proper liability insurance (as is required in Switzerland) as this can save a lot of emotional distress if an unforeseen circumstance occurs during an event.


Cancellation Policy

Securing a reservation with your deposit means you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to princessparties.ch@gmail.com and not by phone, text or verbal. In the subject line of your email, please write Cancellation so we can ensure your request is handled promptly.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event date will receive a 90% refund of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from cancellation date. Cancellations made between 60 and 31 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from the cancellation date. Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days from the event date will receive a 30% refund of deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 7 days from the event date will forfeit the deposit paid.

All refunds are payable by bank transfer at this time.

Any changes to your event reservation must be received no less than 30 days prior to your original event date via email, and changes are subject to Princess availability. If there is no availability, a credit will be issued.

All credits issued are valid for one year from the original cancellation date. A credit can only be used for events with Princess Parties Switzerland. A credit can be transferred to another person provided we have written authorization from you.


Liability

Princess Parties Switzerland and its employees shall not be liable for any damages caused mentally or physically as a result of, or in connection with any delays or cancellations. In the event of a participant becoming ill during an event, or having to cut their event short, all hospital and medical expenses are the responsibility of the event organizer.
